Replaced my old, battered, black knapsack with a lavender one to help me reconnect better with my body and myself as a #woman. While I’m waiting for my #namechange to become legal, I went ahead and paid to correct the sex marker on my drivers license anyways. Still have to wait for it for the next 2-3 weeks, but I have an updated letter commissioned by the state that shows I am a woman once again, so if using the woman’s washroom or changing is an issue, I can show that I’m #detransitioning.
I am not fond that NJ “simplified” things. People with fraudulent intentions are going to abuse this change.
