So I came back to work after 3 weeks of leave due to my burnout and regression. I was told I’m on leave, paycheck 100% covered. I have a fit-for-work evaluation to occur in the next week or two. Who brought things up, I don’t know who—but I am not mad, but relieved. It means for once someone in my life was looking out for me.
Update 1/8/26: I could have milked for time off. I’m getting this done, out of the way as of tomorrow. I want to get this done, out of the way, return to work.
